FL Law has updated their SUTA cap from $8,500 back to $7,000.  On your next scheduled payroll run you will see a credit on your invoice if applicable of any employee that was charged above $7,000 in SUTA Wages.

We are still awaiting any update from the State of FL on a rate reduction and will keep you posted when we receive guidance from the State of FL on this.

This is a reminder of that the open enrollment period will end on 12/31/2009 at midnight.  Please make sure that you have faxed us your information before this date/time.
